Jonokuchi Rikishi Helles: this was really supposed to be a helles, but it’s probably more of an amber lager now. Light Saaz hops combine with pilsner malt to make a drinkable and yet totally forgettable beer (as of June 2018; this may get better with time).
Oyasumi Nastout (occasionally known as St. David’s Stout): somehow, we made a 4.8% stout that makes you want to fall asleep. Chocolate malt, flaked oats, pale malt, and East Kent Goldings ferment with Wyeast’s Irish Ale in this delicious, smooth, drinkable thing of beauty. Sleep tight.
